My opinion about quality of the administrator in the language experimental center of the university

语言实验中心建设起步较晚,因而在管理上也无经验可寻。如何管理和使用好语音室,管理者素质在语言实验室的管理和服务工作中变得尤为重要。管理员必须具备的素质首要的就是政治素质,其次是道德素质、业务素质和管理素质。

The construction of experimental center of language starts relatively late, therefore have no experience to seek in management. How to manage and use the good pronunciation room, administrator' s quality is particularly important in the management and services in the language laboratory . A primary one of quality that the administrator must possess is the political caliber, secondly ethical quality, the professional qualifications and management quality.
