曲美他嗪对稳定性冠心病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响

Influence of Trimetazidine on Insulin Sensitivity in Stale Coronary Artery Disease

目的观察曲美他嗪(万爽力)对稳定性冠心病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法30例正常健康者、30例常规治疗组以及30例曲美他嗪组分别取清晨肘静脉血测定空腹血糖(FG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算出胰岛素敏感指数ISI=Ln1/FG×FINS,后两组经8周治疗后复查上述指标。结果稳定性冠心病患者与正常对照组比较,存在高胰岛素症及胰岛素敏感性降低。常规治疗组治疗8周后胰岛素敏感性未见明显变化(P>0.05),曲美他嗪组治疗8周后胰岛素敏感性有明显改善(P<0.05),与常规治疗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者存在胰岛素抵抗,曲美他嗪可改善稳定性冠心病患者胰岛素敏感抵抗,提高其敏感性。

Objective To study the influence of trimetazidine on insulin sensitivity (ISI)in stale coronary artery disease.Methods The levels of fasting blood glucose(FG)and fasting blood insulin(FINS)were deter-mined in30normal control and60cases of stale coronary artery disease.Then,60cases of stale coronary artery disease were divided into two groups by using a randomized,control and single blind method,trimetazi-dine group(n=30)and routine treatment group(n=30).With a treatment course of8weeks for both groups,the levels of FG and FINS were determined again.Results ISI was lower in stale coronary artery disease than those in the normal control(P<0.05),8weeks after the treatment,ISI singnificantly increased(P<0.05).Conclu-sions Insulin resistance exists in stale coronary artery disease.Trimetazidine can improve the ISI of patients with stale coronary artery disease.
