摘要
目的治疗各种原因引起的胫骨缺损或短缩。方法胫骨上端或下端截骨和骨外固定延长器固定,每天延长0.66-1毫米。有开放伤口的,每天用碘伏换药。停止延长后10-14周去处外固定架石膏固定1个月。无感染或污染的伤口第一次手术时预先安放交锁髓内钉,停止延长1个月后上远端锁钉同时去处外固定。结果22例延长病人最长延长11.5厘米最短延长3厘米。均骨愈合。结论利用骨外固定延长技术可有效地延长骨组织用于治疗各种原因引起的四肢骨缺损。
Objective Dealing with short tibia resulting from all kinds of reasons.Methods Amputating the upper part of tibia and the middle-lower part of fibula assisted by tibia G-K nail and the extra-fixation outside the bone serve to extend the length of0.66-1mm everyday.Results22patients have had their one leg extended11.5cm as the longest and3cm as the shortest respectively.With the amputated part all healed.Conclusion Apply the technique of the fixed frame for extension outside the bone can effectively extend bone tissues for curing bone deficiency of four limbs caused by various reasons and height-increase.
