Prophylaxis and treatment of iatrogenic splenic in jury

目的分析医源性脾损伤的原因,提出防范措施。方法回顾分析11例与手术有关的脾损伤和文献报告的病例。结果脾损伤与胃癌根治术,胃十二指肠手术,结肠造瘘术等有关,纤维肠镜和心肺变苏时也可引起脾损伤。结论改进手术操作,有望降低医源性脾损伤的发病率。

Objective To analyse the causes of iatrogenic splenic injury,put forward to-be-on-guard measure.Methods The date of11patients in our hospital form1996～2002were retrospectively analysed and literatures reviewed.Results The causes of iatrogenic splenic injury included undergoing an operation of gastric carcinoma and duodenal ulcer.Colonoscopy and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were also risk factors.Majority of splenic injury demonstrates well contained splenic laceration and subcapsular hematoma.Conclusion s By im-proving operative manipulation a the morbidity of iatrogenic splenic injury can be expected to be reduced.
