摘要
解决好农业、农村和农民问题 ,是我们党和政府全部工作的重中之重 ,而实现农民增收又是其中的一大主题。实现农民增收 ,既要有体制保障 ,也要有得力措施 ;当各项措施都能落实到位时 。
Sannong problems (agriculture, rural areas and farmer) are put on the top of lists by our party and government. How to increase peasants' income is one of concerned main issues. Both mechanism guarantee and effective measures are needed to achieve the goals. The difficult problem will be solved as long as all kinds of measures are fully implemented.
