摘要
以具有养阴清热、活血利水功效的清肾汤为主治疗狼疮性肾炎 40例,治疗 6个月至 5年。结果:治疗后患者临床症状、蛋白尿、免疫功能有明显改善,强的松用量显著减少。提示养阴清热、活血利水中药可有效用于狼疮性肾炎的临床治疗。
Forty cases of lupus nephritis were treated mainly with “Qingshen Decoction”, which acts to enrich yin and clear heat, activate blood and disinhibit water, for 6 months to 5 years. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms, urinary protein and immunity improved; the Prednisonum used was lessened obviously. It is indicated that this therapy is quite effective for lupus nephritis.
