乳增康对乳腺增生模型大鼠内分泌-免疫系统的影响 被引量:4

Effects of “Ruzengkang Decoction” on Endocrine-Immune System in Mastoplasia Rats

摘要    为研究乳增康(主药:淫羊藿、熟地黄、柴胡、青皮、瓜蒌、当归、乳香、莪术、麻黄、白芥子等 )治疗乳腺增生病的机理, 40只Wister大鼠均分为 5组:正常组,模型组,对照组,乳增康高低、剂量组,后 4组以隔日肌注苯甲酸雌二醇法(共 15次)造模,同时灌胃予相应药物(模型组予生理盐水),每日 1次, 30d后处死大鼠、取血清RIA测定E2、PRL、P、T、FSA;取脾、胸腺称重并计算脏器指数。结果:模型组E2、FSH高于正常组,P、T低于正常组,三个用药组的上述指标介于正常组与模型组之间;模型组脾脏指数、胸腺指数均降低,各用药组的 2个脏器指数有所升高;乳增康高、低剂量组间有一定量-效趋势,与对照组比较差异不明显。提示,调整内分泌功能,提高细胞免疫功能,可能是该方的作用机理之一。 To study the effects of “Ruzengkang Decoction” on endocrine-immune system in mastoplasia rats and its mechanism, 40 unpregnant healthy female Wistar rats were randomized into normal group, model group, control group, low-dose group and high-dose group, eight rats in each group. Except for normal group and model group injected with saline, the other three groups were injected with estradiol to induce mastoplasia models. “Ru Pi Xiao” was given in control group every day. The rats were sacrificed and serum was separated from blood after four weeks. Total estradiol (E2), prolsvtin (PRL), pregnendione (P), teatosterone (T), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and other sex hormones were detected by radioimmunoassay; and the weight of spleen and thymus were measured with calculation of visceral coefficients. Results: Serum E2 and FSH in model group increased higher than that of normal group (P<0.01); serum P and T in model group were lower than that in normal group (P<0.05); serum E2 and FSH in high dose group, low dose group or control group were lower than model group (P<0.05); serum P and T in high dose group and low dose group or control group were higher than model group (P<0.05); PRL and LH showed no difference. Compared with normal group and model group, thymus and spleen coefficients decreased much more (P<0.01); compared with high dose group, low dose group or control group and model group thymus and spleen coefficients increased (P<0.05). among those, high dose group was better than low dose group and control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Decoction can regulate endocrine system to increase E2 and improve immunity to treat mastohyplasia.
