摘要
本文首先介绍呼叫中心的概念和当前的发展,并介绍了CTI技术和VoOP技术的发展现状,然后提出了一种基于VoIP技术和CTI技术的呼叫中心综合服务平台设计方案。本文也对本方案的应用作了一些探讨。
In this paper, after the concept and evolution of Call Center and the development of CTI technology and VoIP technology are discussed, a project of integrated Call Center plat form which is based on VoIP technology and CTI technology is brought forward. Applying of this project is also discussed in this paper.
