摘要
离岸外包是当前世界经济中普遍存在的一种经济现象,在美国引起了广泛关注。笔者通过审视美国经济中存在的离岸 外包现象,分析了它的产生原因,并研究了它对美国劳工就业、经济发展的影响,认为离岸外包对美国经济的长期发展利大于 弊。
Offshore-outsourcing, which attracts much concern in the US. is widespread in world economy. The paper gives a whole perspective for this and studies its reasons and effects on employment of US, with a conclusion that the offshore outsourcing is beneficial for American economy.
