摘要
90年代,广西投入巨资建设西南出海通道,为广西现代经济的成长和区域经济框架的构建奠定了基础。但通道建设的 经济绩效不理想,表现为:通道经济效益不高,广西的工业化、城市化发展并没有突破性进展。本文对通道建设存在问题的原因 进行分析,为今后广西发展通道经济找出一些有益的启示。
The construction of transport channels connecting seaport in South-west China formed strong bases for the economic growth in Guan gxi. However, there still exist some shortcomings affecting the channels to win good economic return. The author tries to find reasons on this and gives relative suggestions to perfect them.
