摘要
基于激励理论的影响企业内创业的相关因素包括激励方式、激励强度、激励频次、激励内容等。建立企业内创业机制应 做好以下几方面的工作:鼓励创新和创业,积极营造有利于创业的文化氛围;加强企业内部风险事业开发,建立企业内创业驱动 机制;制定创业评价办法,建立和健全企业内部监督机制和约束机制等。
Entrepreneurship within firms is regarded as the innovation campaign under the authorization of power and resources, and its major goal is to promote the entrepreneur spirit among employees. Through an analysis on the relationships among risk awareness, incentive type, working mode and supervision mechanism, the paper offered some innovation mechanisms with the support from motivation theory, putting forward methodology as well.
