摘要
双乙酸钠(SDA)是乙酸钠与乙酸分子的复合物,是一种新型的多功能食品及饲料添加剂。本文对乙酸—纯碱法制备双乙酸钠反应过程进行了研究。采用探索性试验确定了影响产品质量和收率的主要因素。利用L9(34)正交表进行正交试验,确定了优化工艺条件为:n(乙酸)∶n(纯碱)=4 10∶1 00、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为3 0h,所得产品质量合格,收率可达97%以上。
Sodium diacetate,which is the molecular composite of sodium acetate and acetic acid,is a new type of multifunctional addition agent in foods and forages.The reaction processes of preparing sodium diacetate from acetic acid and sodium carbonate are studied.The main factors affecting the quality and yield of product are determined by experiments.By orthogonal experiments(with L_9(3~4) orthogonal table) the optimal operating conditions are obtained:n(acetic acid)∶n(sodium carbonate)=4.10∶1.00,reaction temperature 85 ℃,the reaction time 3.0 h.The quality of product was up to FAO/WHO standard and the yield was over 97%.
