近年来 ,随着金融自由化、国际化、一体化的发展 ,在金融制度变迁中 ,世界各国更加注重建立和维护良好的金融秩序 ,进行制度性协调。本文解释了金融稳定协调机制的理论涵义 ,并探讨了经济发达国家所建立的金融稳定协调机制 ,提出在发展中国家建立该机制的必要性 ,最后通过构建金融稳定协调机制的理论框架提出建立该机制的功能定位与组织设想。

Over recent years, along with the development of financial freedom, globalization and integration, more and more countries pay much more attention to setting up and keeping well with the financial system. This article mainly discusses the financial stability and coordination mechanism. It first explains the meaning of the theory, discusses the establishment in developed countries, and then puts forward that it is necessary to establish financial stability and coordination mechanism in developing countries. In the end, through constructing the frame of the theory, the article also puts forward a proposal of establishing the function orientation and organization of the mechanism.
