摘要
观察了Captopril在不同实验条件下对阿托品化家兔血压功率谱低频峰的影响。结果是去除缓冲神经、α和β受体阻断剂对Captopril增高低频峰的作用影响不大(P>0.05)。提示肾素血管紧张素系统可能通过直接缩血管作用对血压功率谱的低频峰起阻尼效应,而不是通过“交感-肾上腺”或“压力感受性反射”的机制实现的。
It was observed that the effects of captopril on low frequency
peaks(LFP)of blood pressure power spectra under different conditions in 50
atropinized rabbits.The results indicated that sinoaortic denervation,α and
β adrenergic receptor blockade have little effect on the increasing action of
captopril on LFP(P>0.05).This suggested that the direct vasoconstricting
role of renin angiotensin system may damp the LFP of blood pressure power
spectra.
