Anthropological Study of Searching for the Origin of Ba People

以调查笔记的风格 ,叙述了人类学的一般知识和田野调查的基本方法 ,记录了人类学者们寻找巴人发源地的赤、黑二穴的带有探险性质的过程 ,初步认定 ,赤、黑二穴就在长阳县西部的柳山。清江岸边 ,柳山南麓的榨洞是赤穴 ;招徕河边 ,柳山东北麓的虎洞是黑穴。

The essay, in a study report style, narrates the general knowledge of anthropology and the basic methods of field study, and records the anthropologists' exploring process of searching for the origin of Ba people in red cave and black cave. It is primarily confirmed that red cave and black cave are in Liu Mountain located in the west of Changyang County. The red cave is by the Qing River and in the south of Liu Mountain, while the black cave is by Zhaolai River and in the northeast of Liu Mountain.
