摘要
人才引进是高校人事管理工作的重点,引进高层次人才在促进高校教学科研上水平、上层次等方面发挥着重要的作用。高校应妥善处理好人才引进过程中的体制制约、人才流失、人才考核、家属安置、引进与培养等问题。
Introducing talents is the emphasis of personnel administration in university and plays a great important role in accelerate the level of teaching and research. Thus universities should dispose appropriately the problems such as system restriction, loss of talents, evaluation of talents, settlement of their family, introducing and cultivating.
