摘要
我国经济快速发展,但有喜有忧,投资结构不合理,煤、电短缺,运输紧张。房地产发展中出现了波动,房价上涨,发展速度下滑的迹象已经出现。
The rapidly developed economy of China is confronted with problems of irrational investment structure, shortage of gas and electricity supply and underdeveloped transportation. With the fluctuations in the real estate sector, housing prices are on the increase while the development speed is on the decline.
