摘要
民营企业作为推动我国国民经济增长的重要力量 ,其发展前景十分广阔。然而由于许多民营企业成长动力不足 ,造成“短命”现象。因此 ,根据企业成长理论 ,从观念创新、制度创新、管理创新、技术创新、文化创新几个方面培育民营企业成长机制就显得非常必要和迫切。
Non-government enterprises have a broad prospect as an important part for our national economical development. Yet, due to lack of dynamics and incent ives, many non-government enterprises drop out prematurely. Therefore, it is imp erative and necessary to get into shape a development system for the non-governm ent enterprises through innovations of ideal, system, management, technology and culture within the enterprise-developing theoretical framework.
