摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱法,测定5羟甲基糠醛对替硝唑的校正因子,并以该校正因子计算替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5羟甲基糠醛的含量。方法ODS柱,以005mol·L1磷酸二氢钾溶液乙腈(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为284nm。结果5羟甲基糠醛对替硝唑的校正因子为926;5羟甲基糠醛的平均回收率为1010%(n=5)、RSD为068%;5羟甲基糠醛对替硝唑的相对保留时间为055mol·ml-1。结论该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfurol(5-HMF) in tinidazole glucose injection Method The chromatographic separation was carried out on a ODS column with the mobile phase consisted by 0.05 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4-acetonitrile(75∶25) and detected at 284 nm.Determinethe correction factor of 5-HMF to tinidazole, and then determine the content of 5-HMF in tinidazole glucose injection by correction factor Result and Conclusion The correction factor is 9.26,The average recorery is 101.0%(n=5)with RSD 0.68%.This method is simple accurate and sensistive
