摘要 目的用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸吡格列酮片剂中盐酸吡格列酮的含量。方法采用C18柱(Novapack)乙腈水乙酸(45∶55∶03)为流动相,流量1ml·min1,检测波长269nm。采用尼群地平作为内标物质。结果线性范围为10~400μg·ml1;样品溶液至少在7d内稳定;平均回收率1001%,RSD=09%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸吡格列酮片剂中盐酸吡格列酮的含量,方法简便,结果准确。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets Mehods The separation was performed on a column (Nova-park C 18 ),the mobile phase was acetonitril-water-acetic acid(45∶55∶0 3 pH5 5±0 05 , adjusted with ammouium hydroxide).The flow rate was 1 0 ml·min -1 , the UV detection wavelength was 269 nm,and Nitrendipine was internal standard Results The linearity was good in 10~400 μg·ml -1 ,r=0 9998 The average recovery was 100 1%,RSD=0 9%,the within-day precision (RSD<0 5%) and the inter-day precision (RSD<1 5%) was good Conclustion This method used to determine the content of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride tablets is easy to operate and the results of the determination is accurate
