克拉霉素片效价测定方法的改进

Improve the Method for Quantitative Determination of Clarithromycin Tablets

目的探讨用打孔法测定克拉霉素片含量的方法。方法采用打孔器在底层培养基上打孔,用微量注射器加样后于37℃培养,测量抑菌圈直径,计算含量并与管碟法进行比较。结果打孔法测定在10～120IU·ml-1范围内有较好的线性关系。本法测定结果精密、准确,平均可信限率为2l%,低于管碟法(82%),平均回收率为99.8%。结论该法可代替管碟法测定克拉霉素片含量。
