摘要
初步建立了颗粒体系微滤过程中的膜微观结构与性能关系模型,对陶瓷膜孔径对膜通量的影响进行模拟计算.结果表明,对于颗粒悬浮体系的分离,存在最优膜孔径使膜通量最大,研究工作有助于深入理解膜微观结构对宏观性能的影响.
A new model for the microfiltration of particle suspension, which describe the relation between membrane structure parameters and its permeability, is built. The influences of membrane pore size on membrane performances is theoretically predicted and discussed under the ideal conditions that membrane pore size and particle size distribution are normal. The simulated results show that there is an optimum pore size in the filtration of suspensions which make the permeate flux maximum, and the optimum pore size is influenced by the size of the particulates. The study gives us in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the effects of membrane structure on its functions.
