摘要
采用乙酰乙酸乙酯与二硫化碳、1,2 溴乙烷合成了二烷硫基乙酰乙酸乙酯,水解得相应的酸,再与二氯亚砜(SOCl2)反应得其酰氯,由该产物与由甘氨酸制得的氨基乙酸乙酯反应生成α 乙酰基 α, 乙氧羰基胺基甲酰基二硫缩烯酮,再与2 吡啶甲醛合成最终产物N 羧甲基 2,3 二烷硫基亚甲基 6 吡啶基 2,4 二哌啶酮.产物结构通过1HNMR谱进行表征.
This text did the research to synthesize of 5-[1,3]Dithiolan-2-ylidene-4,6-dioxo-3,4,5,6. -tetrahydro-2H-[2,2]bipyridinyl-1-yl-acetic acid. The design of synthesis was ethylacetoacetate reacted with carbon disulfide and 1,2-ethyl dibromine, hydrolyze to corresponding acid,and reacted with SOCl_2 to form product, the product with amino ethyl ethanoate got to product. The product and 2-dithiolan formaldehyde synthesized the last product. The product was characterized by ()~1H?NMR spectroscopy.
