分析了穿堤涵闸的工作特点和破坏现象及原因 。
The working characteristics,damaging phenomena and damaging reasons of culverts and sluices crossing dykes were analyzed.The main points of seepage prevention and drainage designing of culverts and sluices crossing were presented.
