Sustainable Development Strategy for Rice Irrigation in Heilongjiang Province

针对黑龙江省水田灌区建设水平较低 ,制约优质农业、绿色农业的发展 ,影响水田节水灌溉技术的普及和推广问题 ,提出巩固现有水田灌溉面积 。

The relative low development of rice irrigation in Heilongjiang Province restricts the development of high quality and green agriculture in the province and the extension of water saving irrigation.The paper proposed strategy for stabilizing and sustainable development of the rice irrigation area.
