我国连锁业实现规模化经营的途径探析

规模化经营是连锁经营最本质的特征 ,目前我国连锁企业规模普遍偏小 ,制约了连锁企业优势的充分发挥。本文认为 ,连锁企业应该通过科学选择连锁业态和业种 ;发展特许连锁 ,培育名牌连锁企业 ;积极推进连锁企业的制度创新等措施 ,加快规模化经营的实现程度 。

Large scale management is the essential feature of chain management.At present,Chinese chain enterprises are universally on a small scale.Therefore,the advantages of the chain enterprises are restricted of bringing into full play.In this article,the author holds the idea that Chinese chain enterprises should scientifically choose operating state and operating types.It also should develop specially permitted chain and cultivate famous brand chain enterprises.In the meanwhile, chain enterprises should advance measurses that can blaze new trail in its system and speed up the degree of realizing large scale management.Only by these steps,they can lay a solid foundation of the promotion of competitive power of chinese chain enterprises.
