Studies on the rectifier at the lower reach of a space elbow

摘要 通过实验研究 ,观察分析了流量测量管路中空间弯头下游有 (或无 )整流器时对孔板流量计流量系数的影响 .结果是 :有整流器时的孔板流量系数均比无整流器时的孔板流量系数稳定且波动小 .整流器能改善管道中流体的流态 。 The flow coefficients of the orifice\|plate flowmeters are experimentally studied with or without a rectifier at the lower reach of a space elbow in the measuring pipe of flow.The results show that the flow coefficients of the orifice\|plates with a rectifier are more stable and have less fluctuation than those without a rectifier.The rectifier can improve the flowing properties in the pipe and act as a long straight tube.
