心安颗粒的免疫作用研究

Study on Immune Action of Xin'an Granule in Mice

动物口服心安颗粒后,小鼠胸腺、脾脏等重要免疫器官重量增加;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强;PHA刺激的淋巴细胞转化率提高,使HC_(50)升高。说明该制剂具有增强非特异性和特异性免疫功能作用。

In this report, immune action of Xin'an granule was studied. The result indicated that by oral administration, the Granule could increase the weight of thymus and spleen. It was also showed that the Granule could enhance the peritoneal phagocytic activity of macrophages and increase the level of hemolysin in mice. It could also promote transformation of lymphocytes.
