应国墓地考古发掘综述

A General Introduction to the Archaelogical Excavations of Ying Kingdom Cemetery

应国是我国西周时期中原地区的一个小诸侯国。 1986年～ 1997年间 ,河南省文物考古研究所与平顶山市文物保护管理委员会联合对应国墓地进行了连续性考古发掘 ,共发掘古墓 30 0多座 ,出土文物上万件。

Ying State was a feudal princedom in Central Plains in the Western Zhou period. From 1986 to 1997, archaeological excavations have continuously been carried out there for more than a decade by the Henan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology and the Pingdingshan Municipal Commission for the Preservation of Ancient Monuments. There have so far been excavated above 300 tombs, which contain about 10 000 funeral objects. They offer us a great number of data on studying Ying State history. [
