摘要
从理论上界定了军事装备综合保障与投入产出的内涵，分析了装备保障费效的实际情况与目前存在的问题，提出了装备综合保障投入产出实际运用的基本模型。
This paper describes the connotation of invest-product of the weapon' comprehensive support, analysis the problem for the present and the fact of CEA (cost-effectiveness analysis) of the weapon's support, and put forwad the basic practical model of the invest-product of the weapon's comprehensive support.
