摘要
本文分析了55例急性白血病合并肝功异常病人化疗后肝功变化及疾病转归情况,认为尽管肝功异常的原因、发生时间及程度不同,化疗并不会影响疾病的总体预后。提示临床医生不必对白血病合并肝功异常病人的化疗产生过多疑虑。
Abnormality of hepatic functions before and after chemotherapy and its relevance to
prognosis were analysed in 55 cases of adult acute leukemia patients. We concluded that with
the difference in the causes, duration and degree of this abnormality, the prognosis was less
influenced by chemotherapy. This indicates that some abnormalities of the liver functions
may not be thought as a problem in the chemotherapy of acute leukemias.
