摘要
本研究抽取 30张定位X线头颅侧位片 ,对同一张描图的 14个项目进行了图形数字化法和手工法的重复测量 ,并对两方法的测量结果进行比较。发现手工法对大角度测量的可重复性优于描图的图形数字化法 ,手工法的劣势在于小角度的测量。两方法对线距测量的可重复性无差异 ;两方法之间对多于半数项目的测量存在统计学意义上的显著性差异 ,但这种差异一般没有临床意义。
WT5”BZ]The research was based on a sample of 30 randomly selected cephalograms. Digitized and manual analyses about 14 items were taken for the same tracing of each lateral head film, and then the results of these two methods were compared. Manual method proved to be more reproducible in large angular measurements, while less in small ones. There were no differences between the two methods’ reproducibility in linear measurements. Statistically significant differences were found between these two methods for the majority of the items, but generally the differences were not clinically meaningful. [WT5”HZ]
