扭转前牙牙龈环切术的临床应用 被引量:10

摘要 扭转牙的复发是正畸临床治疗后牙稳定性的难题之一。本文介绍一种简单的手术方法用来防止扭转牙矫正后的复发 ,即牙龈环切术的原理和临床应用。通过对 3例前牙扭转外翻的患者进行正畸治疗 ,然后采用牙龈环切术 ,观察术后扭转牙的稳定性。通过 3个月的随访观察 ,扭转牙齿保持良好。牙龈环切术方法简单、操作简便 ,防止扭转牙复发有效 ,值得在临床推广应用。 WT5”BZ]The relapse of orthodontically rotated teeth can be a serious problem in occlusal stability after orthodontic treatment. Here is a simple way by surgery to prevent the rotated teeth from relapse after treatment, that is the Circumferential Supracrestal Fibrotomy(CSF). This article describes the principles and clinical application of the CSF. In the paper, three cases with anterior rotation were treated and the circumferential supracrestal fibrotomy were undertaken. After three months observation, the corrected rotation teeth were kept in good position without relapse. We concluded that the cirCumferential Supracrestal Fibrotomy is a simlpe and easy way for keeping the rotation teeth from relapse.[WT5”HZ]
