摘要
观察20例肿瘤化疗患者和2例自体骨髓移植患者使用枢复宁的临床疗效。与对照组比较,枢复宁具有镇呕作用显著,毒副作用轻微的优点,是一种理想的缓解化疗所致呕吐的药物。
The effect of ondansetron in 22 patients with chemotherapy—induced emesis is report- ed.In the method,ondansetron administrated 15 minutes prior to chemotherapy as 8 mg loading does followed by infusion 8 mg 2—4h.Then,it was given orally in a does of 8 mg twice daily for 5 days.20 patients were evaluable for efficacy in the chemotherapy group (Cisplatin group and non—platinum group).The major efficacy rate is 100%.Ondansetron was well tolerated and showed a good response,with no signifficant drug related adverse ef- fects.
