摘要
本文研究了土壤硫营养状况对烤烟烟叶硫吸收累积和代谢的影响。结果表明 :( 1)潮土上生长的烟株 ,有效硫含量低 ,烟叶硫含量与施硫量显著相关。中、上部烟叶硫含量缓慢增加 ,下部叶升高迅速。供硫到 0 .16g/kg时全硫不再显著增加。烟株生长在有效硫很高的红壤上 ,供硫量增加 ,各部位烟叶硫含量有缓慢升高趋势 ,但差异不显著。 ( 2 )潮土和红壤烟叶蛋白质硫随土壤硫营养增加变化较小 ,保持在 2 .0 g/kg左右。潮土施硫量增多 ,硫酸盐硫在烟叶中迅速增加 ,尤其下部叶极明显 ,而水溶有机硫有少量增加 ,红壤施硫后 ,无机硫增加缓慢。
The effects of sulphur nutrition in soil on sulphur accumulation and metabolism in flue cured tobacco leaf were studied. Results showed that: (1)With the increase of sulphur application,the sulphur contents of upper and middle position leaves cultivated in fluvo aquic soil had a little increment, and the lower position leaves increased rapidly. The sulphur contents increased slightly after excess sulphur supply (0.16g/kg). The sulphur contents of three leaf positions in all sulphur treatments cultivated in red soil had slight increase trendency, getting no significant difference. (2) The sulphur contents in protein of fluvo aquic soil and red soil held the line as the increasing of sulphur supply, being about 2.0g/kg. With the increase of sulphur supply in fluvo aquic soil, the sulphate contents grew up evidently,especially in lower position leaves. Water soluble organic sulphur had some increment. In red soil, sulphate contents rose slightly.
