加强党的执政能力建设,是目前党的建设带全局性、根本性的重大课题。本文就如何加 强党的执政能力建设提出了几点思考:增强党的执政意识;提高各级干部的领导素质;改进党的执政方 式;在实践中勇于开拓进取;深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想。

To strengthen the governing ability of the Party is a great task concerning the whole situation. This article puts forward the author's view points about how to complete the task: enhance the governing consciousness of the Party; improve the quality of the cadres at all levels; ameliorate the manner of governing; dare to pioneer in practice; and carry out the important thinking of “Three representations”. $$$$
