摘要
本文从分析老子的“上善若水”管理思想的本质出发,剖析了女性领导借鉴老子思想进 行柔性管理的优势及应力避的两个误区,以期提高女干部整体管理能力和水平。
While aiming at the overall improvement of female leaders' level of management, this paper first presents an analysis of Laozi's idea of flexibility as a top level virtue, and then an analysis of the advantages of female cadres in flexible management by way of learning from Laozi's idea, clarifying at the same time two types of misconceptions against which female leaders should be on their constant alert.$$$$
