摘要
邓小平运用历史唯物主义关于领袖、政党、阶级、群众关系的原理,以实事求是的科学态度,分析了党内民主遭到践踏的表现和原因,提出了健全党内民主的对策和方法,从而形成了具有邓小平特点的完整、系统的党内民主思想。它不仅是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,而且是新时期执政党建设的重要理论基础。
By applying principles of historical materialism about leaders, political parties, classes and relationship with the masses, Deng Xiaoping, with a scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, analyses the phenomenon and the cause of the trample of inner-Party democracy, and advances strategies and means to perfect inner-Party democracy, which consequently takes shape of complete and systematic inner-Party democracy thoughts of Deng Xiaoping's characteristic. It is not only an important component of Deng Xiaoping's theory, but a cardinal theory of the leading Party in the new era.
