It is a peculiar theoretical quality of Marxism to keep pace with the times. To insist on it, we must constantly carry out theoretical innovation according to the requirement of practice. Theoretical innovation based on practice is the precursor of social development and reforms. It must take Marxism as its guidance and go on on the basis of mind-emancipation, keeping pace with the times and seeking truth from the facts. The important 'Three Representations' is a great theoretical innovation of Marxism.
