关于我国牧业区建设全面小康社会的新思路

The New Thinking of Constructing Well-off Society in an all-round Way in the Animal Husbandry Areas of China

本文在对我国牧业区经济和社会发展条件分析的基础上 ,提出人口适度集中、小城镇建设、产业结构大调整的“三环拉动”战略 ,以及实现牧业区全面建设小康社会的工作重点和对策。

On the basis of analyzing the conditions of economic and social development in the animal husbandry areas of China,this article puts forward the developmental strategies:the right centralism of population,construction of small town and adjustment of the industrial structure,then gives some countermeasares to carry out well-off society in the animal husbandry areas.
