摘要
根据现代质量管理理论和现代企业经营的思想,探讨我国高校内部管理创新的问题。文章认为,我国高校内部管理创新应以建立现代大学制度为目标,以大胆引入企业精神为基本的思想方法,以质量为中心重新设计制度体系,以过程为基础设置管理机构,以建设学习型高校,提升高校管理的境界。
The Paper mainly probes the issues of innovation in college's interior administration in reference to the theory of modern quality administration and thoughts of modern business management. The paper maintains that the innovation in college's interior administration requires: ①to redesign the system quality-centered, which orients itself to modern college system and introduces enterprise's spirit as the fundamental ideology.②to set up administrative departments based on process, in order to establish learning-oriented university and improve its administration.
