On Improving the Administrative Ability of the Leading Group at China's Colleges

高校的党组织和各级领导干部必须紧紧抓住办学兴校这一核心问题,把发展作为解决高校一切问题的关键。通过机制创新,强化制度管理,提高对教学活动的调控能力,对教育教学资源的整合能力,充分发挥党组织在高校工作中的政治核心作用,依法治校,进而推动高校教育教学的改革与发展。

The Party Committee and the leaders at China's colleges must stick to the core of running a college well through development in term of the reform of the system, the improvement of the management and the teaching activities and the integration of the education resources. The Party organizations at China's colleges should play the key role in political affairs and run the college by law in order to quicken our education reform and development.
