造血干细胞移植患者的睡眠障碍及其对策

Sleep disturbance in patients with blood stem cell transplantation and its countermeasure

目的 探讨造血干细胞移植患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及其对策。 方法 应用 2 7项睡眠调查表 (the2 7-itemsleepquestionnaire)、焦虑自评量表 (self-ratinganxietyscale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (selfdepressionscale,SDS)、单项社会支持度调查表 (thesingle -itemmeasureofsocialsupport,SIMSS)评价了 32例造血干细胞移植患者在移植过程中的睡眠质量和睡眠时间 ,并用统计学分析了心理因素、社会支持度、移植副反应、自身因素、住院环境对患者睡眠的影响。 结果 造血干细胞移植患者的睡眠障碍主要发生于移植期 ,并与心理障碍、社会支持度高低、移植副反应强弱、教育程度、家庭收入、住院环境有关 ,而与年龄、性别无关。 结论 造血干细胞移植患者睡眠障碍可受多种因素影响 ,针对不同的因素应采用不同的护理方法。

Objective To study the effect factors to sleep disturbance in patients with blood stem cell transplantation (BSCT) and its countermeasure. Methods It valued sleep quality and quantity in 32 patients in the course of BSCT for using the 27-item sleep questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self depression scale(SDS) and the single-item measure of social support(SIMSS). We also analyzed some effect factors to sleep quality and quantity in these patients such as psychological state, social support, side effect in BSCT, personal status and hospital environment. Results Sleep disturbance of patients with BSCT mainly occur in the period of transplantation.It is relative with Psychological disorder, low social support, severe side effect of chemical therapy, low education and family income, bad hospital environment but no relationship with age and sex. Conclusion Sleep disturbance of patients with BSCT results from many factors in different patients. It should take different nursing measures for different factors.
