2种安瓿折断方法对药液污染的对比研究

Contamination to the liquid medicine in ampul caused by two ways of opening ampul

目的 观察临床上常用的消毒瓶镊折断安瓿方法和手折断安瓿方法对药液有无污染。方法 将消毒瓶镊折断安瓿方法为实验组 ,将手折断安瓿方法为对照组 ,各折断安瓿 30支后进行药液培养。结果 2种安瓿折断方法对药液污染差异无显著性。结论 2种方法均可取 ,但消毒瓶镊折断方法更优于手折断方法。

Objective To Compare the possibility of contamination to the liguid medicine in ampul caused by sterilized tweezers or hand when opening it. Methods 30 ampuls in the experiment group were opened by sterilized tweezers. The other 30 ampuls in control group were opened by hand. Liguid in each ampul was cultiuated immediately. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The two ways to open ampuls are practicable. but opening ampuls by terilized tweezers has more advantages than by hand.
