摘要 血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体 1(LOX 1)是氧化低密度脂蛋白在血管内皮细胞的主要受体 ,研究表明它与动脉粥样硬化 (AS)、冠心病及其危险因素之间关系密切 ,它可诱导表达参与AS发生和发展的多个环节。对其表达和激活的抑制有望对心血管疾病的防治发挥重要作用。 Lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(LOX-1) is the main receptor of oxidized low density lipoprotein in vascular endothelial cells.Studies show that it has close relationship with atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease and their risk factors.Its inducible expression participate in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.Inhibition of LOX-1 expression or activity would be a target for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
