摘要 β受体阻滞剂广泛应用于临床治疗高血压、冠心病及心律失常。近年来 ,其心肌保护作用倍受人们的关注。本文就 β受体阻滞剂心肌保护作用的理论基础 ,在减少缺血再灌注损伤、纠正慢性充血性心力衰竭、保护血管功能等各个方面分别作一综述。 Beta-adrenoceptor antagonists are extensively used in the treatment of hypertension,coronary heart disease,and arrhythmia.Recently,the role of beta-adrenoceptor antagonists on cardiac protection are noticed.This article summarized the rationale for the cardiac protection of beta-blockers from all sides,such as inhibiting ischemical reperfusion injury,redressing chronic congestive heart failure,maintaining function of blood vessel and so on.
