摘要 信号转导及转录激活因子 3是细胞浆内的一种潜在的核转录因子 ,参与多种促心肌肥大因素的信号转导 ,并与心肌局部肾素血管紧张素系统相关联 ,本文对信号转导及转录激活因子 3在心肌肥大的发生发展中的作用作一综述。 Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(Stat 3),a kind of potential nuclear factor in cytoplasm,participated in the signal transduction of a variety of hypertrophic stimulators and was relative to the local renin-angiotensin system.Here we emphasized the important role of Stat 3 in the development of cardiac hypertrophy.
