摘要
在分析了现有三类基本多电平变换器拓扑的基础上,提出了一种通过无源器件和有源器件共同实现箝位的混合箝位型多电平拓扑。该拓扑不需要附加电压平衡电路和使用独立直流电压源,不管在什么负载特性下,自身都能够实现中点电位平衡。可以应用于有功和无功变换场合。该文分析了该拓扑的结构和工作原理,并以五电平半桥电路进行了仿真和实验,结果验证了该拓扑的正确性。
A multilevel inverter topology clamped together by active and passive devices is proposed in this paper, which is based on the analysis of the existing three types of multilevel converter topologies. The new topology can balance the DC link capacitor voltages by itself without additional circuit and separated DC voltage sources, regardless of the load characteristics. It can be used in real power and reactive power conversion applications. The topology structure, operating principle and self-voltage balancing ability are analyzed. Finally, the validity is confirmed by simulations and experiments based on a five level inverter. KEY WORDS:Power electronics; Multilevel; Inverter; Hybrid clamped; Neutral point voltage balancing
