中草药对蛋雏鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:31

Effect of CMHS,MOS and Flavomycin on Growth Performance and Immunization of Laying Chicks

摘要 研究了中草药女贞子、五味子、四君子汤和六味地黄丸 ,以及甘露寡糖和黄霉素对蛋雏鸡生长性能、甲状腺素分泌和免疫机能的影响。试验选用 2 94只 1日龄海兰褐健康蛋公雏 ,随机分为 7组 ,每组设 3个重复 ,每重复 14只。对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验组日粮分别为 :基础日粮 +1%中草药、基础日粮 +5 0 mg/kg甘露寡糖、基础日粮 +5 m g/kg黄霉素。结果表明 ,上述饲料添加剂对蛋雏鸡的生长性能和血浆 T3和 T4 的含量以及 T3/T4 均无不同影响 ;与对照组相比 ,试验所用 4种中草药均可显著提高血清抗新城疫抗体水平 ,而甘露寡糖与黄霉素作用不明显 ;与对照组相比 ,各试验组雏鸡脾淋巴细胞转化率均有所提高 ,其中女贞子组的转化率显著提高 。 In order to evaluate effects of Chinese medicinal herb(CMH) Mannanoligosaccharides(MOS) and Flavomycin on growth and immunization of laying male chicks,four CMHs which are Schisandra chinensis(SC),Ligustrum Lucidum(LL),Si Jun Zi Tang(SJZT) and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan(LWDHW) were used in this study,which are added to basal diet as 1%,respectively,or basal component and 50 mg/kg MOS,or 5 mg/kg antibiotic,with the basal diet as the control.Results showed that little effects were observed in growth performance of chicks in all trial groups as compared with control.No influences were observed on plasma T_3 and T_4 concentration,and T_3/T_4.Blood samples were taken via wing vein from each bird on the day receiving the vaccination(Day-1) and on 21 d and 28 d after vaccination(Days 0,21 and 28 d).Results demonstrated that contrast to control,these four CMHS used in the present study could significantly increase antibody level,Otherwise,MOS and flavomycin had little effect on antibody level.Suggesting that these four CMHS enhance antibody formation.Lymphoblastogenesis microassay was conducted to evaluate the induction of in vitro lymphocyte proliferation by ConA.Lymphocyte proliferative responses to ConA were greater (P<0.01) in group LL.Compared with control,SC,SJZT,LWDHW,MOS and flavomycin increased lymphocyte proliferation too,but no significant differences were observed.
