马尾藻类多糖对猪卵母细胞体外成熟及孤雌激活的影响 被引量:2

摘要 就马尾藻类多糖对猪卵母细胞体外成熟及孤雌激活的影响进行了探索。试验 1证明 ,体外培养时 ,成熟液添加马尾藻类多糖能促进卵丘细胞扩展 ,成熟培养 4 7~ 4 8h,添加 2 0 g/ L 马尾藻类多糖能提高核成熟率 (41.8% ) ,与对照组2 9.3%的核成熟率相比 ,二者差异显著 ;试验 2证明 ,进行化学联合激活时 ,添加 2 0 g/ L马尾藻类多糖 (未添加 L H)可获得 6 0 .4 %孤雌激活分裂率 ,显著高于对照组 4 2 .6 This research was carried out to study the effect of sargassum polysaccharide on in vitro maturation and parthenogenesis of porcine oocyte:sargassum polysaccharide in mature medium benefits the extension of cumulus cells,when porcine oocyte cultured in vitro for 47-48 h,20 mg/mL sargassum polysaccharide results in 41.8% polar body rate,comparing with control group(29.3%),the difference is significant.It also lead 60.4% parthenogenesis cleavage rate which is significant higher than that of control group(42.6%).
